HAM AND RICE CHANTILLY 
2 c. diced cooked ham
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. green peas
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream

Combine ham, rice, peas, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. Spoon into greased casserole dish. Add 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese to sour cream. Spread over top of rice mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
