OKRA - RICE - HAM CASSEROLE 
1 c. chopped ham
1 stick butter
1 lb. fresh okra, sliced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. white & 1/2 c. wild rice
1 can tomato wedges, drain

Smother sliced okra in melted butter with onion and ham. When cooked through add rice and seasonings. Place tomato wedges on bottom of casserole dish. Cove with okra, rice and ham mixture. Bake in 400 degree oven until hot and bubbly.
