CROWN JEWELS 
12 marshmallows
3/4 c. coarsely chopped salted peanuts
1/2 c. peanut butter chips
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. strawberry or grape jelly

EQUIPMENT:

Waxed paper
Custard cup
1 c. glass measure
Fork
Sm. spoon

Place marshmallows on a piece of waxed paper. Pour the chopped peanuts into a small custard cup. Pour the peanut butter chips into a glass measure. Microwave on high for 1 minute; stir. Microwave on high for 30 seconds; stir. Microwave for another 15 to 30 seconds on high until melted and hot; remove from microwave. Stick a fork into the bottom of a marshmallow. Dip about 1/2 of it into the melted peanut butter morsels, then dip it in the peanuts. Place the marshmallow, dipped-end up, on waxed paper. Top with about 1/4 teaspoon of jelly. Repeat with the remaining marshmallows. Let Crown Jewels dry on the waxed paper, about 20 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
