GOLDEN NUGGETS 
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Oil for deep fryer

BATTER:

1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/3 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Heat 2 to 3 inches of oil to 360 degrees. Mix ingredients for batter. Dip chicken cubes into batter, let drip. Fry 4 to 5 pieces at a time turning once. Cook until golden brown and done (about 4 minutes). Drain on paper towel.
