SAUSAGE RING 
2 lb. pork sausage
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. parsley

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients well. Press into 9 inch ring mold (lightly greased with butter). Bake 20 minutes. Pour off excess fat. Bake 20 more minutes.
