TATER TOT DELIGHT 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (or vegetable of your choice)
1 can condensed cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
3/4 can water
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen tater tots

Brown ground beef. Drain off fat and discard. Add chopped onion and celery; saute in meat for several minutes. Add frozen vegetables and cook until thawed. Add soup and water and seasonings to taste. Remove from heat. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and spread evenly. Completely cover meat mixture with one layer of tater tots. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown and mixture is bubbly. Serves 8 to 10.
