RASPBERRY SAUCE 
1 pt. raspberry sherbet
1 c. raspberries
1/4 to 1/2 c. Cointreau

Spoon 1/4 pint of sherbet into glass. Top each with 1/4 cup of raspberries. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons Cointreau over each. Serve at once.
