FIRESIDE COFFEE MIX 
2 c. non-dairy creamer
1 1/2 c. hot cocoa mix
1 1/2 c. instant coffee granules
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Store mixture in an air tight container. Yield: 6 1/2 cups of mix.

To serve, spoon 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon of mixture into a cup. Add 1 cup boiling water; stir until well blended.
