COLD OVEN PINEAPPLE POUND CAKE 
1/2 c. Crisco
2 sticks butter
2 3/4 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. undrained pineapple and juice

Cream butter and Crisco. Add sugar. Add eggs and beat. Add other ingredients. Put in cold oven and turn temperature to 325 degrees. Bake 1 hour. Have ready when cake comes out of oven: 1/2 stick melted butter, 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 1 cup drained pineapple. Pour over warm cake. Use 13x9x2 pan.
