CAJUM CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt

Sift together. Add one large can crushed pineapple and 2 eggs. Stir all together. Bake at 350 degrees in a 13 x 9 pan for 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 can Pet milk, small
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil 5 minutes; add 1 cup pecans and cup flaked coconut. Put on cake while hot.
