ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
1 lb. fresh green beans
2 green onions
Tomato
1/2 c. oil
1 garlic clove
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger

Cook beans until crisp and tender. Drain. Put in bowl with onions and tomato. Pour soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, sugar, ginger and garlic over beans. Add garlic. Marinate overnight.

1 lb. chicken, skinned, cooked, and cut
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. walnuts
Lettuce greens
Alfalfa sprouts
Salt and pepper
