HOT CRAB DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat (or fresh crabmeat)
2 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Almonds for garnish (optional)

Soften cream cheese with milk. Mix all ingredients and put in oven-proof dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Garnish with almonds if desired. Serve warm on crackers.
