SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti (3 c. cooked)
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Parmesan
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella

Cook spaghetti; drain. Stir butter into hot spaghetti. Stir in Parmesan and eggs. Form mixture into "crust" in a 10 inch buttered pie plate. Spread cottage cheese over crust.

In skillet, brown ground beef and onions. Drain fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt. Heat through. Spoon meat mixture into spaghetti crust. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle Mozzarella on top. Bake 5 minutes more. Makes 6-8 servings.
