SPAGHETTI PIE 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked & drained
2 tbsp. olive oil or butter
2 lg. eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (save 1/2 for top)
1 c. Ricotta cheese (3/4 of 15 oz. carton)
1 c. spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl toss hot spaghetti with olive oil. In small bowl combine eggs and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Stir into spaghetti. Pour into lightly greased 10" pie plate and form a crust.. Spread Ricotta cheese evenly over crust but not quite to edge.

Mix ground beef with spaghetti sauce and spread over top of Ricotta. Bake, uncovered for 25 minutes. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 5 minutes until cheese melts, remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Cool 10 minutes before cutting into wedges. Yield: 6 servings.
