ANNIE LEE'S SPAGHETTI PIE 
12 oz. spaghetti, cook and drain
1/2 c. butter
1 c. Parmesan cheese
3 eggs, beaten whole
2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, finely chopped
2 (15 oz. each) cans tomato sauce
12 oz. can tomato paste
2 tsp. sugar
1/3 c. water
1 tbsp. oregano
Garlic salt to taste
Basil to taste
Salt to taste

Cook and drain spaghetti. Stir in butter. Add Parmesan cheese and eggs. Cut well with fork and knife until it forms a crust. Put into 2 buttered pie plates. Let cool.

SAUCE: Cook onions and beef (drain). Add tomato sauce and paste, sugar, water, and spices. Cook to taste. Spread sour cream over spaghetti crust. Pour sauce next. Cover with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or more. Can freeze or cut recipe in half for 1 pie.
