6 oz. spaghetti
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. onion
4 oz. sour cream
1 tube Jimmy Dean sausage or 1 lb. hamburger
6 oz. tomato paste
1 c. water
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Break spaghetti in half and cook until done; drain. While spaghetti is warm, combine with eggs and Parmesan cheese. Pour into well greased 10" pie plate. Pat mixture around sides and bottom of pie plate with spoon.

Melt butter. Add onion; saute. Stir in sour cream and spoon over spaghetti. Cook sausage and drain. Add tomato paste and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon over noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Place Mozzarella on top. Place back into oven until melted.
