SPINACH STUFFED CHOPPED SIRLOIN 
Stuffing:

10 oz. pkg. chopped frozen spinach, drained
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Sauce:

1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 tsp. minced garlic

In small bowl, mix all stuffing ingredients; set aside.

Divide meat into 4 servings. Form into 3 x 4-inch patties. Make indentation into each. Put stuffing into each indentation.

In skillet, cook bacon in butter until brown. Place steaks in skillet and cook, turning once, until done, about 15 minutes. Remove steaks; keep warm. Drain fat off bacon. Stir in flour and cook, stirring until smooth and bubbly. Stir in remaining sauce ingredients. Continue cooking until thickened. Serve sauce over steaks.
