HAWAIIAN DESSERT 
1 (3 oz.) box Jello (cherry or strawberry)
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
2 bananas, sliced
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. pineapple syrup
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 env. Dream Whip
1/2 c. pecans
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Prepare Jello according to package directions. When Jello reaches syrup stage, add pineapple, bananas, marshmallows and refrigerate until firm.

Cook mixture of eggs, pineapple syrup, sugar, and flour until thick. Cool. Add cream cheese and blend until smooth. Pour this mixture over set gelatin. Prepare Dream Whip. Spread on top and sprinkle with pecans. This dessert is pretty in a cut glass bowl.
