POTATO STICKS 
2 yellow gold potatoes (if unavailable, use 2 baking potatoes)
2 sweet potatoes
1/4 c. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Scrub gold and sweet potatoes; pat dry with paper towels. Pierce each with a fork several times. Arrange in circle in bottom of microwave oven. Microwave potatoes on high until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes, rearranging 2 or 3 times. Set potatoes aside to cool slightly.

In microwavable bowl, combine oil and remaining ingredients. Microwave on high 2 minutes. Preheat broiler. Cut potatoes lengthwise into thick wedges or sticks. Arrange on broiler pan. Brush with oil mixture and broil until lightly browned. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
