SPINACH NOODLE PUDDING 
1 lb. fine noodles
1 pt. Coffee Rich
2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1/4 lb. butter
6 eggs
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach

Cook noodles and keep on side. Beat eggs and butter together, add Coffee Rich. Add onion soup mix to the egg mixture and continue beating (pepper optional). Drain and squeeze spinach, add to noodles. bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
