BIEROCKS 
4 lbs. hamburger
5 med. onions, chopped
1 lg. head cabbage, shredded fine
Salt & pepper to taste
2 pkgs. frozen hot rolls

Brown hamburger and onions together. Drain off fat. While cooking meat, set out hot rolls so they will rise. Add cabbage to meat and stir fry until tender, about 10 minutes. Set in refrigerator to cool. After rolls rise, punch down each one and smash until thin. Using an ice cream scoop, put scoopful of meat mixture onto each roll and pull up edges and seal. Turn over so sealed edges are down and place on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 to 400 degrees until brown. Brush tops with melted butter.
