BELGIAN WAFFLES 
4 c. flour
Pinch salt
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. water
3 eggs, separated
1 stick unsalted butter
2 c. milk

Combine flour, salt, sugar, water and egg yolks; mix well. Add softened butter. Beat until smooth. Add milk and beat again.

Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Spoon into heated waffle iron and bake. Recipe serves 8-10 people.
