1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. apricot nectar juice

Mix cake mix, oil, sugar, eggs, and juice. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.

OPTIONAL GLAZE:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. lemon concentrate

Mix until sugar is not lumpy. Add more lemon concentrate if necessary.
