APRICOT NECTAR CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 c. apricot nectar (or peach nectar)
2 tsp. lemon juice

Mix well and bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

ICING:

2 c. powdered sugar
Juice of 1 lemon

Put on cake while hot.
