APRICOT NECTAR TUBE CAKE 
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix (plain)
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites, beaten stiff
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. apricot nectar (= sm. can)

Blend cake mix, egg yolks and nectar. Fold in egg whites and pour into greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.

SYRUP:

3/4 c. nectar
1/8 c. butter
3/4 c. granulated sugar

Blend and simmer 5 minutes or until butter is melted and sugar dissolved.

While cake is still hot, punch hole into it with a fork or a knitting needle and dribble syrup over top and sides of cake. When completely cool, remove from pan.
