NEW ENGLAND YAM BAKE 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. Kraft Miniature Marshmallows
2 (17 oz.) cans Royal Prince yams, drained
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup syrup. Line sides of 10x6-inch baking dish with pineapple, slightly overlapping. Arrange yams in center and pour the 4 cups syrup over hams. Combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with marshmallows. Broil until lightly browned. Makes 6-8 servings.
