8 potatoes 1 stick butter Salt and pepper (to taste) Wash potatoes - cut like French fries - melt butter on cookie sheet and spread potatoes on cookie sheet. Put butter on both sides of potatoes. Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes at 475 degrees - brown. | |
