CREAM FILLING FOR CREAM PUFFS 
1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, sugar, salt and add egg and milk. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add butter and vanilla. Cut cooled cream puffs open and spoon in filling.
