8 oz. heavy cream, 1 tbsp. sugar added to cream
3 oz. instant vanilla pudding

1 pint of heavy cream (whip until firm); add vanilla pudding (that has been prepared and refrigerated before hand). Fill cream puffs. Makes 18-24. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
