GRANNYS CORN DISH 
1 cube butter
1 large onion, diced
1 can whole kernel corn
1 small box corn muffin mix
2 c. grated cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 can creamed corn
1 large bell pepper
1 pt. sour cream

Sauté onion and bell pepper in butter. Mix eggs, corn (leave juice) and muffin mix in a large bowl. Pour into greased casserole. Put sauté on top. Spoon sour cream on top. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake in a 400°F oven for 30 minutes.
