Passed down from Bill's mother as the favorite family dessert. Whenever family and friends gather, guess what is requested of the Flack family to bring? That's right! Lemon George!

1/4 c. finely ground walnuts
1/2 c. butter, softened (1 stick)
1 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. 10X sugar
1 (3 oz.) lemon instant pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
Cool Whip

Mix until blended the walnuts, butter and flour. Pat into an 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.

Blend together cream cheese and 10X sugar and spread over crust. Mix pudding and milk and spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 6-8.
