LEMON LUSH 
1 box graham cracker crumbs
1 (8 oz.) box cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
1 lg. or 2 sm. boxes lemon pie & pudding mix (The kind you cook)

FIRST LAYER: Prepare cracker crumbs according to direction on box. Then spread in a 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Put this in the freezer for 1 hour (makes the second layer spread easier.)

SECOND LAYER: Combine 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup Cool Whip (more if needed), 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese; mix until smooth. Spread on top of first layer.

THIRD LAYER: Prepare pudding mix according to direction on box. Let cool 10 minutes, then spread it on second layer. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Top with Cool Whip. This can be served as is or it can be served almost frozen.
