CHICKEN WITH HERBS 
1 c. cornflake crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 1/2-3 lb. chicken, cut up
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce

In a shaker bag, mix crumbs with dry ingredients. Combine oil and pepper sauce. Brush chicken with oil and sauce. Shake chicken in bag until evenly coated. Place chicken, skin side up in 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish. Arrange so larger pieces are toward outside of dish and thin pieces toward center. Microwave on high 15-20 minutes, giving dish 1/2 turn twice during cooking.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
