PIZZA DIP 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (depending how "beefy" you like things)
1/2 c. onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (15 oz.) can Italian tomato sauce
1/2 c. catsup
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
16 oz. cream cheese, softened

Saute ground beef and onion and garlic until brown; drain well. Add next 4 ingredients, mixing well. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add Parmesan and cream cheese. Mix until melted. Pour into chafing dish. Serve warm with crackers, taco chips, Keebler pizza chips.
