BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sifted flour
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover bottom of 8 inch pan with blueberries. Mix 3/4 cup sugar, butter, baking powder, salt, milk and flour together, until crumbly or soft mixture is formed; pour over blueberries. Mix remaining sugar and cornstarch; sprinkle over flour mixture. Pour 1 cup boiling water over top. Bake 35-40 minutes.
