BLUEBERRY COBBLER | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. self-rising flour 2 c. sugar (divided) 1 c. milk 4 c. blueberries Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Combine flour, 1 cup sugar and milk; mix well. Pour over melted butter. Do not stir. Combine remaining sugar and 2 tablespoons flour along with blueberries in a saucepan. Bring to boil. Pour over batter. Do not stir. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. Serve warm or cool. |
