MICROWAVE APPLE CRISP 
4 c. sliced, peeled apples
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Place apples in a 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Cook on high 4 to 5 minutes or until apples are tender. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over apples. Cook on high for 6 to 7 minutes until topping is bubbly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
