PIZZA DOUGH | |
1 pkg. active dry yeast 1 c. warm (105 to 115 degree) water 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let rest 5 minutes. Press dough evenly on bottom and halfway up sides of greased oblong baking dish, 9x13x2 inch. Use with deep dish pizza. |
