BAR B Q BEANS 
1 c. Northern beans
1 c. pinto beans
1 c. red kidney beans
1/2 c. sugar or honey
1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 med. onion, chopped

SEASONING:

1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. natural hickory
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Wash and pick through beans. Add 5 cups water to beans in crock pot. Combine sugar, catsup, vinegar, vinegar, oil and onion with seasoning. Mix well and add to beans. Cook 4 to 5 hours on high. Add chopped turkey ham and 1 1/2 cups rice. Cook 1 additional hour on high. Great to freeze for later.
