1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix cake mix, butter, and 2 eggs. Spread in 9x13 pan. Mix remaining items and pour on top of first mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
