HAM AND CHEESE ESTRADA 
12 slices bread
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (cooked and drained)
2 c. cooked ham
6 slightly beaten eggs
3 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. instant onion
1/2 tsp. salt (may omit)
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Cut 12 doughnuts from, bread and set aside. Fit scraps of bread in bottom of 10 x 15 pan. Place cheese in layer over bread. Cover with broccoli, then diced ham. Arrange bread doughnuts over top. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight. Bake uncovered in 325 degree oven for 55 minutes; let stand 10 minutes before cutting and serving.

Serves 12.
