1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (10 oz.) pkg. mint chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
In a heavy skillet mix the chips and milk and mix until melted together. Remove from heat and put into refrigerator for 2 hours to cool. Remove from refrigerator. Using a spoon, ball up the chocolate mixture into approximately 1 inch balls. Then roll in cocoa, powdered sugar, chocolate sprinkles or a variety of nuts (chopped fine). You can also dip these in melted white or dark chocolate to coat them. Refrigerate them on a cookie sheet. Best if kept refrigerated in a tight lidded container.
