OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEWEYS 
1 c. flour
1 c. quick cook oats
3/4 c. light brown sugar, well packed
1 stick butter
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 c. chopped nuts
6 oz. chocolate chips

In bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, oats and flour; mix well. Reserve 1/2 cup; take remainder and press into bottom of 13"x9" pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Remove pan. Spread Eagle Brand milk evenly over mixture in pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top of Eagle Brand. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of mixture. Return to oven and bake 25 minutes.
