RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. raw wild rice, rinsed and cooked in salted water for 20 minutes
1/2 lb. bacon, cut up, fried (sausage, hamburger, chicken or ham)

Saute' 1/2 cup chopped onions--add:

1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 to 6 oz. mushroom pieces (with juice)

Pour into casserole sprayed with Pam; bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
