“MANGO FUN-DANG-O!” IS IN:

MANGO FUN-DANG-O! 
1 1/2 cups frozen mango, chopped into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup lime juice
1 1/2 cups low-fat Greek-style vanilla yogurt

Place ingredients in a blender. Pulse until mixture is smooth and ingredients are thoroughly combined. Serve in cold glasses.

Makes 2 large or 4 small drinks.

Variation: For a lighter version, substitute coconut water for coconut milk.
