“MILK AND HONEY CANDY” IS IN:

MILK AND HONEY CANDY 
1 cup honey
10 tbsp. unsalted butter, chilled
1/4 cup whole milk
1/2 tsp. almond extract (optional)

In a a double boiler, over a medium-high heat, heat honey so that it becomes liquidy.

Chop butter into pea-sized pieces and add, stirring so that butter melts in with the honey.

Add milk, add almond extract if desired, and continue to stir, until mixture begins to boil and thicken. Remove from heat and place in a greased or lined baking pan.

Refrigerate overnight. Slice into 1-inch pieces and serve.
