FRUITY ICE RING 
2 c. crushed ice
1 med. apple, cored and sliced lengthwise into 12 wedges
2 med. lemons, sliced lengthwise into 8 wedges
1 med. lime, sliced lengthwise into 8 wedges
1 med. orange, sliced lengthwise into 8 wedges
Lemon juice

Arrange crushed ice evenly in bottom of a 6 1/2 cup ring mold. Brush apple wedges with lemon juice; remove and discard seeds from remaining lemon, lime, and orange wedges. Arrange fruit attractively over ice, positioning wedges to stand on end. Carefully pour orange juice around fruit; freeze at least 8 hours.

Place mold in warm water for 5 seconds to loosen; carefully unmold. Immediately place ice ring, fruit side up, in a filled punch bowl.
