CRAB CASSEROLE APPETIZER 
1 c. onions, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. flour
3/4 qts. milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 can crabmeat
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farms corn stuffing

Saute' the onions and green pepper in butter until tender. Add flour and make a paste. Add milk and cook to make a thick sauce. Add cheeses. Turn off stove. Mix in crabmeat. Put in a casserole dish. Cover with corn stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered. Yields 8 servings.
