IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. crumbled ham or bacon

Place all ingredients except cheese and meat in blender for a few seconds or until well blended. Pour into a 10 inch pie pan or quiche pan that is well greased. Sprinkle meat and cheese on top. Push down into mixture with back of spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Check after 40 minutes. Allow to set 10 minutes before cutting.
