IMPOSSIBLE BLENDED QUICHE 
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
3 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chopped cooked ham or bacon

Combine first 6 ingredients in blender. Blend for a few seconds. Pour into a 9-inch greased pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese and meat. Push gently below surface with back of spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to set for 10 minutes before cutting. Makes 6-8 servings.
